Shipping, Returns, Shop Policy
- We ship either USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS depending on weight and destination. We ship the next business day from when the order was placed. Any orders placed on Saturday will typically ship on Monday, unless we catch our mail carrier Jean in time on Saturday mornings!
- Generally you can expect to receive your shipment within 3-6 days from when the order was placed, barring any carrier delays that are out of our control.
- All shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout!
- We reuse boxes and packing material that we receive our shipments in! We believe that reusing is better than recycling.
- We do not offer international shipping.
Tucson Local Delivery info!
Starting on 10/20/22:
- Tucson, Vail, Marana, or Oro Valley, AZ destinations can choose to have their order delivered by USPS locally for a $10 flat fee. Usually the turn around for local deliveries is pretty quick, maybe a day or two! (Please note: There may be some items we have that are available for curbside pickup, only!)
- This option is free with a purchase of $100!
Curbside Pickup info!
- Any order is eligible for curbside pickup with no order minimum!
- We will have your order ready for pickup typically between 1-3 hours of when you place your order (during business hours, of course). We will email you when your order is ready, so make sure you wait to hear from us!
- If you place an order for pickup after business hours, your order will be ready for you the next day!
- All Curbside orders are for pickup at our new store at 1725 N Swan Rd
♥️ Please note: In an effort to help curb (pun) forgotten Curbside Pickup orders, we will now only keep them for 60 days from the date of purchase. Any order forgotten after that time will be donated to a local charity! Tie a string around your finger so you don’t forget!♥️
- All returns must be made in store at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience!
- If you made a purchase in store, unopened, unused items (with original tags still attached if applicable) accompanied by a receipt may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. Items may be returned for store credit within 60 days of purchase. If you don’t have a receipt, we will issue you store credit (which never expires)!
- All returns from online sales must be made in store within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. We will refund the paypal account you used to purchase your items online. Items must be unopened and unused, with original tags still attached if applicable. Items may be returned for store credit within 60 days of purchase. - We may charge a restocking fee of 20% for returns from online orders at our discretion.
About store credit:
If you have a White Background Mil Dil Gift Card or a gift card code that was emailed to you, you can enter the digits under the bar code in the box down below to use it online! Whew, finally.
If you have a Blue Background Mil Dil Gift Card that you would like to use to pay for your online order, please call 1(520)615-6266and we will take your payment over the phone!
If you have a paper gift certificate, those can only be redeemed in store. However, Mil Dil credit never expires, no matter what!
