This is the face eggs make when you bring a hard boiled one with you to work for lunch and someone loudly asks “Who FARTED??” You should obviously reply, LAY OFF MY EGG-o. Right? Geez! They can’t help it!
This egg is like a model of what it means to be hard boiled. Notice no gray ring from being boiled too long, no shell pieces stuck to the outside, a soft yolk, the knowing smile, the little feet... just how it should be. All you need is a little salt and pepper!
